21 ncac 30 .0514             INFORMING BOARD OF VIOLATIONS

Licensees with actual knowledge shall inform the Board within 15 days of:

(1)           any person practicing without a license; or

(2)           any violation of the Practice Act when there is a potential for malpractice as defined in Rule .0102(4).
